Our guarantee

Nothing is made until you approve it

Every job gets a proof by email showing size, colour, spelling and layout. Please read it carefully — spelling is the single most common thing customers catch at that stage. Once you approve it, that is what gets made.

Custom work cannot be returned

Everything we make is made for you specifically — your artwork, your size, your colour. It cannot be resold, so we are not able to accept returns on custom items because of a change of mind. That is standard across the trade, and it is why we proof everything first.

If it arrives faulty or wrong, we put it right

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will remake or refund — your choice. This covers print or cut defects, damage in transit, anything that does not match the proof you approved, and the wrong item or quantity.

It does not cover a design fault in artwork you supplied and approved, or damage from applying a decal to a dirty, wet or cold surface — our guide explains how to apply one properly.

Colour

Screens and vinyl do not match exactly: a screen emits light and a decal reflects it. If exact colour matters — matching an existing sign, or a brand standard — say so when you ask for a quote and we will check a physical sample against it.
