Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed through this store, operated by Signs613 in Canada. Contact: info@signs613.com.

Prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars, and no sales tax is added at checkout — the price shown is the price you pay, shipping included.

There is a minimum of $40.00 per item, which already includes shipping and handling.

Your artwork

By uploading artwork you confirm that you own it, or have permission to use it. We cannot check that for you, and we may decline any job we believe infringes someone else's rights or that we simply would rather not print. You keep all rights in your artwork; we do not resell it or use it for anything other than making your order.

Proofs and approval

Where a proof is sent, approving it confirms the size, colour, spelling and layout. Once approved, that is what gets made. Please read proofs carefully — spelling is the single most common thing customers catch at that stage.

Orders with clean artwork under our review limit go straight into production without a proof, which is why the on-screen preview and the automatic file checks matter.

Colour

Screens and vinyl do not match exactly. The colour swatches on this site are as close as we can get on a monitor, but a screen emits light and a decal reflects it. If exact colour matters — matching an existing sign, or a brand standard — contact us before ordering and we will check a physical sample against it.

Production and delivery times

Lead times shown are estimates in business days, not guarantees. We will tell you if something is running late. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather or anything else outside our control.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses — a missed event, lost business, or the cost of installation labour — arising from a fault in an order.
