These terms apply to work quoted and made by Signs613 in Canada. Contact: info@signs613.com.

Quotes

Every job is quoted individually, in Canadian dollars, by email or phone. A quote is valid for 30 days and describes exactly what will be made: material, size, quantity, finish and delivery. Work starts when you accept the quote and approve the proof.

Payment and delivery

Payment terms are stated on your quote. Standard shipping within Canada is included; expedited shipping, when requested, is quoted separately. Lead times are estimates in business days, not guarantees, and we will tell you if something is running late. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather or anything else outside our control.

Your artwork

By sending us artwork you confirm that you own it, or have permission to use it. We cannot check that for you, and we may decline any job we believe infringes someone else's rights or that we would simply rather not make. You keep all rights in your artwork; we do not resell it or use it for anything other than your job.

Proofs and approval

Approving a proof confirms the size, colour, spelling and layout. Once approved, that is what gets made, and custom work cannot be returned — see our guarantee for how faults and damage are handled.

Liability

Our responsibility for any job is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses — a missed event, lost business, or the cost of installation labour — arising from a fault in a job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
