How this store handles your information.

What we collect

Your order details — name, email, phone if you give it, and the shipping address. We need these to make and send your order, and to tell you about it.
Your artwork — the files you upload, so we can check them, show you a preview, and print or cut them.
A session cookie, so your cart survives from one page to the next. It carries no personal information and is not used for advertising.

What we do not collect

We do not see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their own pages — we receive only a confirmation that it succeeded. We do not run advertising trackers on this store, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep things

Artwork that never became an order is deleted automatically after 30 days. It is your intellectual property and there is no reason for us to sit on it.
Order records are kept as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, and so we can reprint a repeat order for you.

Who else is involved

Stripe processes payments and receives your name, email and billing details.
Canada Post or another carrier receives the shipping address.

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@signs613.com and we will answer.
