How this site handles your information.
What we collect
- What you send us — your name, email, phone if you give it, your message and any file you attach. We need these to answer you and to quote and make your job.
- A session cookie, so the request form can protect itself against automated abuse. It carries no personal information and is not used for advertising.
What we do not collect
This site takes no payments and stores no card details. We run no advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep things
Requests and attachments are kept as long as we need them to answer you and to make or reprint your job. Ask and we will delete them.
Who else is involved
Our email provider carries the messages, and a carrier receives a shipping address when something is posted. That is the whole list.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@signs613.com and we will answer.
