Standard shipping is free anywhere in Canada. Expedited shipping is available on request — tell us your deadline and we will quote it.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — standard shipping is free on every order shipped within Canada. It applies to decals, stickers, lettering, magnets, banners and anything else that travels well by post or courier.
Can I get it faster?
Expedited shipping is available on request. Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote and we will price the faster service alongside the free one, so you can choose.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada, every province and territory. We do not currently ship outside the country.
What about large signs and installations?
Rigid signs, storefront signage and trailer graphics are usually installed by us on site in the Belleville, Kingston and Napanee area. If you are further away, ask — many rigid signs can still be shipped, and we will tell you plainly what works.
Will I get tracking?
When your order ships we email you, with a tracking number where the service carries one.
How long does a job take?
Most decal, sticker and lettering jobs are made within about five business days of proof approval; holographic takes a little longer. Shipping time is on top of that and depends where in Canada you are. Larger signs, trailers and installations are scheduled with you.
Local customers
We are based in Eastern Ontario, Canada and work out of a workshop rather than a storefront, so there is nowhere to walk in — but we are happy to come to you. For installs and on-site work in the Belleville, Kingston and Napanee area, get in touch and we will arrange it. See the areas we serve.
