Decals that can handle a vehicle
Car decals, truck decals and trailer graphics live on curved panels, get pressure-washed, and bake in the sun — so this product defaults to cast Oracal 751, the film made for vehicle work. It conforms to curves and recesses, resists shrinking, and is rated to eight years outdoors.
Common jobs
Truck door lettering with a name and phone number, fleet and unit numbers, trailer decals and enclosed-trailer graphics, van door logos, car window decals, hood and tailgate graphics, motorcycle and snowmobile decals, and farm equipment marking. One colour cut vinyl is the classic commercial look — crisp at any distance and the most durable option per dollar.
Fitting it
Measure the flattest area of the panel and stay inside it. For a standard pickup door, lettering around 18–24" wide reads well; send us your measurement and artwork and we will proportion it. Application is the same squeegee-and-transfer-tape process as any cut decal — the guide walks through it, including the wet method that makes big pieces forgiving.
Artwork
Vector only (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) — a photo of your old door lettering cannot be cut. We can redraw it; just ask.
Common questions
What file format should I send?
Vector artwork — SVG, PDF, AI or EPS — is best, and for cut vinyl it is required. For printed products a PNG or JPG works too as long as it is at least 150 DPI at your finished size. We check your file automatically as soon as you upload it and tell you before you pay if there is a problem.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — there is a per-item minimum, shown on every product page before you configure anything, and it already includes shipping. Smaller quantities are still welcome; they simply come to the minimum, so most people order a few rather than one.
Will I see a proof before it is printed?
If your artwork needs a closer look, or the order is a larger one, we send you a proof and nothing is made until you approve it. Straightforward orders with clean artwork go straight into production so you are not waiting on us for no reason.
How long does it take?
Most orders are made within about five business days, plus shipping time. Holographic takes a little longer. If you need it faster, add rush production at checkout.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada, and shipping is free on every order — it is already included in our prices, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. There is no sales tax added at checkout — the total you see when you configure your item is exactly what you pay, shipping included.
Can I return them?
Custom-made items cannot be returned, because they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. If something arrives faulty or is not what you approved, tell us and we will put it right.
