What these are
Die-cut decals are custom vinyl stickers cut to the exact outline of your artwork on a plotter, weeded by hand, and pre-masked with transfer tape so the whole design goes on in one piece. There is no printing and no background — just your logo, name or design in solid colour vinyl, with the surface showing through everywhere else.

If it is one colour and has a clean outline, a die-cut vinyl decal is usually the sharpest, longest-lasting way to make it.
Built for outdoors
Standard Oracal 651 permanent vinyl is rated around six years outside — rain, sun and Canadian winters included. For curved surfaces or longer life, choose cast Oracal 751. Metallic, matte and etched-glass finishes are in the colour picker.
What to send us
Cut vinyl needs vector artwork — SVG, PDF, AI or EPS. A JPG or PNG has no cut lines for the blade to follow. Only have a photo of your logo? We can redraw it as vector for a small fee — just ask.

What file format should I send?
Vector artwork — SVG, PDF, AI or EPS — is best, and for cut vinyl it is required. For printed products a PNG or JPG works too as long as it is at least 150 DPI at your finished size. We check your file automatically as soon as you upload it and tell you before you pay if there is a problem.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — $40 per item, and that already includes shipping and handling. Smaller quantities are welcome; they simply come to the minimum, so most people order a few rather than one.
Will I see a proof before it is printed?
If your artwork needs a closer look, or the order is a larger one, we send you a proof and nothing is made until you approve it. Straightforward orders with clean artwork go straight into production so you are not waiting on us for no reason.
How long does it take?
Most orders are made within about five business days, plus shipping time. Holographic takes a little longer. If you need it faster, add rush production at checkout.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada, and shipping is free on every order — it is already included in our prices, and no sales tax is added, so the figure you see is exactly what you pay.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. There is no sales tax added at checkout — the total you see when you configure your item is exactly what you pay, shipping included.
Can I return them?
Custom-made items cannot be returned, because they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. If something arrives faulty or is not what you approved, tell us and we will put it right.
