Several stickers, one backing sheet
A sticker sheet is a set of designs printed together and kiss cut onto a single backing, so each one peels off when it is wanted and the rest stay put. It is how sticker packs, planner sets, kids reward charts and band merch are made, and it is almost always the right format when stickers are being handed out, sold as a set, or mailed in an envelope. One sheet is one item to print, pack and post, which is why a sheet of ten costs a great deal less than ten separate stickers.
Kiss cut, die cut — what the difference actually is
Kiss cut means the blade cuts through the vinyl and the adhesive but stops at the backing paper, leaving the sheet whole. Die cut means it cuts through everything, so each sticker is a separate loose piece in the shape of the artwork. Kiss cut keeps a set together, protects the edges in transit, gives you a border you can print on, and is easier to peel because the backing stays rigid. Die cut is what you want for a single sticker applied straight away — see die cut decals and printed stickers. Both are the same material and the same laminate; only the cut depth changes.
What people order sheets for

Sizes and layout
Common sheet sizes are roughly 4 × 6, 5 × 7 and letter size, though a sheet can be made to any size that suits the set. How many designs fit depends on how big each one is — a letter sheet might carry six generous stickers or thirty small ones. Leave a little space between designs so they are easy to get a fingernail under, keep detail clear of the cut line, and remember the backing can be printed too: a logo, a web address or a set name along the bottom edge turns the sheet itself into part of the product.
Material and finish
The same white vinyl and UV laminate as the rest of our printed work, so sheets survive water bottles, laptops and outdoors. Matte laminate photographs well and is the usual choice for merch and planner sets; gloss makes colours pop. Clear and holographic films can be used for sheets as well, though on holographic the design rules in that page apply — leave unprinted areas or the foil will not show.
What to send us
Either send the designs individually and tell us the sheet size and roughly how you want them arranged, and we will lay the sheet out and proof it — or send a finished sheet layout if you have one. Vector (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) is ideal; high-resolution PNG at roughly 150 DPI at finished size works too, and transparent backgrounds should genuinely be transparent rather than white. Email info@signs613.com or send the request form on this site — both land in the same inbox. Tell us the size, the quantity and where it is going, and attach your artwork or a photo. A real person replies with a clear price and turnaround. We do not publish a phone number; if you would rather be called, leave your number in the form and say so.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes — standard shipping is free anywhere in Canada. Expedited shipping is available on request; tell us your deadline and we will quote it alongside the free option.
Will I see a proof first?
Always. Every job gets a proof by email showing size, colour, spelling and layout, and nothing is cut or printed until you approve it.
How long does it take?
Most decal, sticker and lettering jobs are made within about five business days of proof approval, plus shipping. Larger signs and installations are scheduled with you. In a hurry? Say so and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
What file format should I send?
Vector artwork (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) stays sharp at any size. A high-resolution PNG or JPG also works — at least 150 DPI at the finished size. We check it at the size you need and tell you before printing if it will not hold up.
Are printed stickers waterproof?
Yes. The UV laminate seals the ink against water, sun and scuffing, so rain, car washes and water bottles are fine. Dishwashers are harsher than weather and will eventually lift edges, so hand-wash anything you want to keep.
What surfaces will a vinyl decal stick to?
Vinyl wants smooth, clean and non-porous. Glass, painted or enamelled metal, powder-coated panels, sealed or varnished wood, acrylic and smooth rigid plastics all hold well. Gloss and semi-gloss painted drywall is fine; flat paint is less reliable and heavy texture is a gamble. It will not hold on brick, concrete, stucco, raw or weathered wood, or anything chalky or flaking — there is nothing continuous for the adhesive to grip. Send a close-up photo of the surface if you are unsure and we will tell you before you order.
Can you ship cut vinyl decals to my province?
Yes — every province and territory, with free standard shipping. Cut vinyl travels better than almost anything else a sign shop makes: it ships flat or rolled, pre-masked with transfer tape, so it arrives ready to apply and there is no surcharge for distance. The same decal costs a customer in British Columbia what it costs one in Ontario. Expedited shipping is quoted on request — tell us your deadline when you ask. Only installation stays local, across the Belleville, Kingston and Napanee area.

Can you print on the sheet itself, not just the stickers?
Yes. The backing area around the stickers can carry a logo, a set name, a web address or instructions, which turns the sheet into part of the product rather than just a carrier. It costs nothing extra because it is the same print run — just tell us what you want on it.
What if something is wrong when it arrives?
Custom work cannot be returned for a change of mind, because it is made specifically for you — but if it arrives faulty, damaged or not as proofed, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will remake or refund it.
